This type of whitening kit uses a mouth guard (tray) into which the peroxide solution using in gel form is placed. Some of these kits are designed for you to carry out the treatment twice a day for 1 or 2 weeks, whilst others need the tray to be fitted at night and left on until the following morning.

This is the most expensive kit available for whitening teeth at home but it only needs to be used for a short period (10 minutes) each day. Again this kit comes with a gel that contains a peroxide solution in it. You apply this directly to your teeth and then hold the white light over it. The heat that the white light generates then accelerates the process that then results in you having whiter teeth and a smile you can be proud of. This kit is designed not only to remove stains and discoloration on the surface of your teeth but also ones that have become embedded into them.

Product 3 – Teeth Whitening Swabs ***

This is not only the easiest of all the products to use when it comes to you wanting to get a great looking smile but also what many consider to be the most safe teeth whitening product. Plus you will also be surprised to find that this is the least expensive way of getting your teeth looking white once more. When it comes to these kits you will find that they come with some cotton swabs that are sealed in a solution and a bottle containing powder made up of magnesium peroxide and aluminum trihydroxide.

After breaking the seal on the cotton swab you dip the end into the powder and then apply this to each tooth. As soon as the powder and solution on the swab come into contact with each other oxygen is generated and this is what helps to remove stains from the teeth causing them to look white.
